Yes it is often a very hard road to walk, the whole creative / job that actually pays money.

There is big potential where you work (I read the magazine every month) to do a heap of great stuff online, develop your own branded product and a worldwide subscriber base / mailing list.

The web site at the moment is looking pretty good too. Big improvement on what it used to be like.
